Summer 2026 Program

Healthcare Careers and Certifications

Licensed Nursing Assistant Student treating a patient.

Licensed Nursing Assistant (LNA) - AM Cohort

This course is designed for adults seeking to start a rewarding career in healthcare. The course prepares you for Licensed Nurse Assistant (LNA) licensure with the Vermont State Board of Nursing and provides hands-on skills for immediate employment. Whether you are beginning your first career or making a change, this program offers a strong foundation for growth in the healthcare field.

START DATE:  Tuesdays and Wednesdays, July 7 - August 12

TIME: Mornings, 8:30 am - 12:00 pm

INDEPENDENT STUDY REQUIREMENT:  10 - 11 hours per week (independent and online) 

CLINICALS:  32 hours (August 13 - 23)

TUITION:  $2,438.50 (includes test and license fees)

CLASSROOM LOCATION:  PAHCC Main Campus, 51 Charles Ave., Middlebury 

State Exam:  August 29, 2026

CPR/AED & First Aid

Gain the skills and confidence to respond in an emergency with American Heart Association CPR/AED & First Aid training. This hands-on course teaches you how to care for adults, children, and infants during breathing and cardiac emergencies, as well as how to provide basic first aid and use an automated external defibrillator (AED). Participants who successfully complete the course will receive AHA certification, valid for two years.

CPR/AED ONLY:  Monday, June 1, 2026, 6:00 - 8:30 pm, $50

First Aid ONLY:     Wednesday, June 3, 2026, 6:00 - 8:30 pm, $50

CPR/AED & First Aid Bundle:  $90
